Module JobTableSync for SAP
Data synchronizations between SAP and JobRouter®
With JobTableSync you mirror information from SAP, such as personnel or supplier master data into the JobRouter® environment. These data can be called and used from within JobRouter® processes, without the need for a direct connection to SAP. The data are then available e.g. in select lists in the form or can be evaluated by means of a report.
JobTableSync for SAP consists of a functional component that is installed in SAP and an application that can be installed on a Windows server. Through an RFC connection, the data can be scheduled cyclically, for example with a Windows task, or synchronized directly from JobRouter® with the Shell Execute system activity.
The data to be retrieved can be restricted using filter criteria. For example, it is possible to retrieve only the master data of a specific company code. The data transmission is only made towards JobRouter®. The data of the SAP system are not modified. For the data transfer from JobRouter® to the SAP system the JobLink for SAP module can be used.
