With JobData administrators and process designers can create an unlimited number of tables and define which users should see the data or get the right for data maintenance. All functions are integrated smoothly in the user management and rights management system of the JobRouter platform.
These modules automate all possible workflow scenarios
JobRouter® workflows are based on the user interaction. System activities are used in JobRouter® to run business processes efficiently and correct and to avoid monotonous activities for the user.
JobRouter® system activities are configurable functions such as archiving documents, creating users, sending e-mails or can be used as an interface for example, to communicate with an ERP system. A number of system activities are already included in the JobRouter® package.
Additionally licensable system activities that can be integrated into a JobRouter® workflow at any time are called modules. With these modules and with the already integrated system activities JobRouter® is a solution for all possible scenarios.

Modules for Workflow Management
Expand JobRouter® for example with these modules to achieve additional features and advantages in your Workflow Management.
The JobGlobaltime module is a helpful tool to display user-related time zones within a JobRouter® process. This is a benefit for companies that share their business processes with their foreign subsidiaries.
The JobOrder Match allows matching items of incoming invoices to items of an order or goods receipt. The module is an assignment dialog that is able to work with the head and item data recognized by OCR systems such as SmartFix or JobMindHead.
In JobRouter, employees process the individual process steps using screen forms. By clicking "Send" the user finishes entering information and JobRouter works off the assigned rules. Now, the module JobRobot offers the possibility to execute steps on the server without human interaction.
The JobSAP BAPI module offers the possibility to directly use JobRouter to communicate with the SAP Webservices and call BAPIs. In contrast to the JobSAP module, no additional interface software (APICONNECT/X) is necessary.
With JobSAP TableSync you can synchronise information such as HR or supplier master data from SAP™ with JobRouter®.
With JobSelect various reports can be generated and made accessible to JobRouter users. Such a report can for example be used as invoice ledger or to create process evaluations.
With the JobRouter® Add-In for SharePoint, SharePoint users have now the possibility to start processes on JobRouter® and have direct access to their inboxes.
The module JobShift is used to archive completed instances after a defined time period and to delete them from the active system, which keeps the worklist in JobRouter manageable and increases the performance of databank queries.
The JobStart module offers different possibilities to automatically start processes by using files, emails or scheduled tasks.
JobSub allows JobRouter users to choose substitutes for their times of absence. These substitutes see an additional inbox where the now assigned steps can be accessed while the substitution is active.
With the JobSync Module we offer you a complete JobRouter test environment. This test environment can either be installed and run on the same server or a different one. Inside the test system you can develop, change and test processes separately to the active environment.
Optionally, subtables can be integrated into JobRouter processes. The integration of subtables enables the saving of item data from an instance or to expand a form by a table. The content of the subtable can be filled automatically with JobServer when a process is started.
The JobTimer escalation module allows to set completion times in JobRouter and define actions related to those deadlines. Those deadlines can be defined on a process as well as a step level in minutes, hours or days.
Modules for Document and Data Management
Expand JobRouter® for example with these modules to achieve additional features and advantages in your Document and Data Management.
The JobArchive module allows for audit-proof archiving of any document from multilingual archives or from JobRouter processes. The version supporting up to 1,000 documents of the JobArchive module is included in every JobRouter® basis application.
ArchiveLink is an interface which is integrated in SAP™ for the linking of DMS systems.
The JobExplorer interface allows you to easily integrate JobRouter archives fully into the Windows file system. The seamless integration of JobExplorer in the Windows explorer offers users a familiar work environment, allowing them to access all centrally stored documents. This raises the acceptance and the training effort is minimized.
The module JobMail Connect allows archiving emails by integrating JobRouter archives into Microsoft Exchange and Outlook versions from 2010 on. You can archive your business relevant emails directly from the email client to unburden your email system and to create a central depository in the document pool. Your archived documents are stored audit-proof, are archived long-term and can be retrieved by you any time.
In many processes there are points where it is necessary to work with PDF documents. Frequently projects require creating documents and receipts out of processes, to be processed further in workflows. These tasks are accomplished by the JobPDF module.
Security and confidentiality are often essential when sending documents. Many JobRouter processes are used for processing files received by the workflow system as well as files being sent by the workflow system itself i.e. via email.
To make those transfers more secure, the JobPGP module offers the possibility to encrypt and decrypt files.
The module JobViewer offers a state-of-the-art display-component for documents and files inside the Workflow Management System JobRouter. The module can be used to display any document attached to a process or archived in JobRouter.
