Management of digital personnel files with JobRouter®
The digital personnel file (or electronic personnel file) is a process for managing electronical documents from the personnel file. Non-employee-related documents, such as form and correspondence templates, can be personalized and edited through the process. Additionally, approval processes for employee requests can be simplified and analysis can be performed. All this is done based on the automated plausibility and completeness control as well as the rights management.
Internal talents can be identified quickly through queries of specific employee qualifications. In comparison to conventional record keeping considerably less time is needed for the query of contents. The access is also location-independent, though data protection is still ensured.
