Disclaimer

Content of the online site

JobRouter AG does not accept any liability for the timeliness, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided on these pages. Liability claims against the JobRouter AG that are based on material or immaterial damages that were caused by the use of or failure to use the information provided or by the use of erroneous and incomplete information are principally precluded as long as there is no evidence of intentional or grossly negligent culpability on the part of the JobRouter AG. All offers are subject to confirmation and are not binding. The JobRouter AG reserves the right to change, expand or delete parts of these pages or the entire site or to discontinue publication temporarily or indefinitely without prior notice.

Cross-references and links

In the case of direct or indirect links to third-party websites that are outside of the sphere of responsibility of the JobRouter AG, liability would apply only if the JobRouter AG were aware of the contents and were technically equipped and could reasonably be expected to prevent the use of illegal contents. For contents going beyond this, and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of the information offered, solely and exclusively the provider of the page in question to which the link was made shall be responsible, not the party that simply links to the respective publication. This restriction shall equally apply to entries made by third parties in the guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists provided by JobRouter AG.

Copyright

The JobRouter AG seeks to observe the copyrights of charts, voice documents, video sequences and texts used in its publications, to use proprietary charts, voice documents, video sequences and texts or to make use of license-free charts, voice documents, video sequences and texts. The JobRouter AG maintains the exclusive ownership of the copyright for published objects created by the company itself. Such charts, voice documents, video sequences or texts may not be reproduced or used in other electronic or print publications without the explicit approval of the JobRouter AG.

Data protection

In case the Internet page offers the possibility to enter personal or commercial data (email addresses, names, addresses), disclosure of said data by the users involved shall expressly be on a voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias.

Important note for all links and sites belonging to third parties

In its judgment about the liability for links ("Haftung für Links") - 312 O 85/98 - of May 12, 1998 the court (Landgericht) in Hamburg decided that by placing a link on a webpage, one is liable for the content of the linked webpage. According to the court, this can only be prevented by expressly dissociating oneself from these pages. We hereby expressly dissociate ourselves from all contents of all linked pages not created by us.

Legal effectiveness of this disclaimer

This disclaimer must be regarded as part of the website that provided the link to this page. If parts or individual wording of this text should no longer adhere fully to applicable law, the contents and validity of the remaining parts of the document will remain unaffected.
