Mannheim, December 2016 – The demand for solutions that support the digital change is growing both for global companies and for SMEs. The JobRouter AG from Mannheim is recognizing this especially this year. The world's leading manufacturer of a cross-industry workflow management suite has achieved the strongest growth yet with a sales growth of over 36 percent compared to the previous year and an increase of software licenses of 68.5 percent.

The numbers speak for themselves: more than 40,000 new licensed users, an increase in software licenses by 68.5 percent and a strong sales growth of 36.1 percent compared to October 2015. The market for agile software solutions that combine workflow, DMS and archiving is growing rapidly. This is why the JobRouter AG has invested strongly both locally and internationally. This includes more employees, offering JobRouter® in 18 languages, and even more international partners within the focus markets Morocco, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Turkey and the USA. In addition, a further expansion with a concentration on accounting is planned for the first quarter of 2017. 

Since the change of name in 2013, JobRouter AG has been growing steadily. One of the most important goals and successes of 2016 was the comprehensive relaunch of the JobRouter® system in its fourth generation. A modern design, the customizable dashboard and many features such as the mobile client or REST API have improved the usability of the software. This is how JobRouter reacts to the changing, flexible working models and enables intensive business optimization across individual processes and instances.

Workflow out of the cloud: from zero to 100

Therefore, the offer was extended by a cloud instance in the fourth quarter of 2016. The PFALZKOM Manet provides the infrastructure with its local data centers and the JobRouter AG provides the proven functions for document-management, workflow-management and archiving. About 100 customers are already using the cloud including leading industry and economic enterprises who complete their entire invoice receipt through the JobRouter® cloud. The process-controlled DMS allows processing even large amounts of data without any problems: in some cases, this means more than 7000 documents per day. In order to keep the offer adaptable in 2017, a corresponding solution is planned for smaller medium-sized companies as well.

Focus 2017: scale vertically

Until now, the focus has been providing the product with new functionalities and interfaces. This will remain a strong focus in 2017, nevertheless there is going to be a priority regarding specific offers for certain industries. “With the increase in legal regulations and guidelines, we see a radical shift of processes and instances towards digital structures. These affect particularly critical infrastructures, such as government agencies, the finance or healthcare sector. In addition to IT security, efficient digital strategies are the key to surviving this shift. As a company, we can draw from our decade-long expertise in order to change these challenges into future opportunities with the help of our agile workflow", explains Fritz-Jochen Weber. ”It is no longer a question whether a company should digitize. Instead, choosing the appropriate platforms must be discussed with vision."
