Process client requests digitally with JobRouter®

The JobRouter® workflow replaces the paper-bound order creation process, involving several departments and product facilities from different sites.

Optionally it is possible to scan and import requests, draws, and specifications of a client request in pre-defined import directories. When starting the “Client request” process, these working documents are loaded automatically, enabling the editing of the offer. Different process steps make the manual uploading of missing or replaced documents possible.
