We have a wide range of requirements from different departments in our company to map the most diverse processes with a workflow tool. The tool should be open enough to design system-independent processes, but also to enable interfaces to other existing applications, in particular SAP. With the product JobRouter, we have found a software that fulfills these requirements and can be operated intuitively.
Concerning JobRouter®, decision makers should first consider which information they as managers need to have ideally on one page. Secondly: start with small steps and have the process designed in small teams. Thirdly: build up own resources. From a certain company size on, it is absolutely necessary to introduce a person explicitly responsible for business intelligence topics, who controls and adjusts them accordingly.
The crucial difference between JobRouter® and other systems is that you can dig for quite a while in this workflow management system without reaching an end. And even if you do, you can still design a solution without programming. The basic components quickly provide you with ideas for your own approach, at least that is how it went for me. I found the JobSelect module to be quite nifty, it allows generating reports and excerpts from records without me having to do additional research.
Henrik Heller, Head of department for information technologies, customer projects & consulting and software quality assurance EUROIMMUN AG
I have been specialising in workflow management for 20 years and consider JobRouter® to be an outstanding mixture of technical possibilities and clarity. One major strength is that even users with no experience in programming can create a great deal themselves. That saves on resources. We have put together many interfaces that work really well for us, for example for the in the meantime more than 400,000 email files that JobRouter® passes on to the archiving system.
In the event of an error, JobRouter® shows me where the problem is. That’s very important. The next thing we are going to do in a change management process is to implement the complex issue of authorisation management via JobRouter®.
For me as an ICT manager JobRouter® is a success. In 29 other systems that we use, we will have a small effort in maintaining JobRouter®. Thanks to the good cooperation with the partners we have solved a problem with JobRouter® on which we have worked for many years.

In the future, I expect faster runs and shorter testing because no request remains unclear.

With the workflow management system JobRouter®, we are well positioned for further growth. With a user interface that logical, training is not really necessary. All locations are connected to JobRouter®, and we have many more ideas on how to automate processes and how to facilitate our work.
I work with both accounting and IT, therefore I was already delighted during the test configuration. Now that I see how simple and structured everything runs, I can only recommend JobRouter®. Participating in developing such a system is fun. It allowed me to do much myself, create fields and I can always intervene. The workflow system JobRouter® is self-explanatory. Colleagues from all departments provide me with good feedback. My advice: Give it a try! I cannot think of a reason that speaks against it.
JobRouter® is the ideal solution. It offers all components we expect a digital construction file to have: Web-based filing management, activity management for structured processing, postpone and reminder features, components for handling business correspondence, escalation management and much more. JobRouter® met all our expectations. A digital construction file allowed us to shorten throughput times, minimize sources of errors and enhance our productivity.
